Overview
This website is operated by PRINOVA. Throughout the site, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to PRINOVA, and “you” refers to you as a visitor or customer. By browsing the site or placing an order you accept these terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping information, so please read them before you buy.
Using Our Store
You must be at least 18, or old enough to enter a contract where you live, to place an order. You agree not to use the site or our products for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to interfere with the site's security or availability, and not to copy or resell our content or designs without our written permission.
Products and Descriptions
We describe every item as accurately as we can, but colours can look different from screen to screen and measurements are approximate. Our garments are embroidered individually, so small variations in stitch placement and finish are part of how they are made rather than defects. Stock is limited and we may withdraw or change a product at any time.
Pricing
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery is charged separately and is shown at checkout before you pay. Orders placed in another currency are converted at the rate applied at checkout, and your bank may add its own fee. We correct pricing errors as soon as we spot them; if an item was listed at the wrong price we will contact you before dispatch and you can confirm the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Orders and Acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. Our confirmation email acknowledges we received it, and the contract between us forms when we dispatch your items. We may decline or cancel an order where an item is out of stock, where payment is refused, where there is a pricing or description error, or where we reasonably suspect fraud. If we cancel, you get a full refund.
Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider. We do not store your full card details. You confirm that the payment method you use is yours and that you have authority to use it.
Delivery
Delivery times shown on the site are estimates from the point of dispatch, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you gave us. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.
Cancellations and Returns
If you are buying as a consumer you can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, and we also offer a 30-day returns window. Personalised and custom-embroidered items are excluded unless faulty. See our Refund Policy for how to return something and when to expect your money back.
Accounts
If you create an account, keep your password confidential and tell us promptly if you think someone else has used it. You are responsible for activity carried out under your account. We may suspend an account that is being used in breach of these terms.
Intellectual Property
All designs, artwork, product photography, text and branding on this site belong to PRINOVA or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute or use them commercially without our written consent.
Our Liability
We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not liable for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses such as lost profit or lost opportunity. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Your statutory rights as a consumer always stand.
Events Outside Our Control
If something beyond our reasonable control delays your order, such as carrier disruption, extreme weather or supplier failure, we will let you know as soon as we can and agree a new delivery date. If the delay is substantial you may cancel and receive a refund for anything not yet dispatched.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
Governing Law and Contact
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought before the courts of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK you can also bring proceedings in your local courts. Questions about these terms can be sent to 08prathambarot@gmail.com.
