Sizing, fabric, delivery times, returns and care — everything we get asked most, answered in full.
Every tee is cut boxy and deliberately oversized, with dropped shoulders and a wide body. Most people take their usual size for the intended relaxed look. If you prefer a closer fit, size down one. Sizes run S, M, L and XL.
240gsm combed cotton, pre-shrunk, with a ribbed crew neck. The graphics are embroidered rather than printed, so they will not crack, peel or fade the way a print does.
Orders are picked and packed in the UK within 1 to 2 working days, Monday to Friday. UK standard delivery then takes 3 to 5 working days and UK express 1 to 2 working days. Europe takes 5 to 10 working days and the rest of the world 10 to 14 working days. Estimates start from the day your parcel is dispatched.
UK delivery is free on orders over £50 — the discount is applied automatically at checkout, with no code needed. Orders under £50 are charged the UK rate shown at checkout. International delivery is a flat £5.99 to the countries we ship to.
Yes. We ship from the UK to a wide range of countries in Europe, North America, Asia and Oceania. Enter your address at checkout to see the exact rate and options for your country. Orders outside the UK may attract import duties or local taxes on arrival, which are set by the destination country and are the recipient's responsibility.
Prices are shown in pounds sterling by default. Where your region is supported you may see prices in your local currency instead. Your card provider will apply its own rate for any conversion.
You will get a confirmation email as soon as you order, then a second email with tracking details the moment your parcel leaves us. You can also check order status any time from your account.
You can return an item within 30 days of delivery, and you have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags attached. Personalised or custom-embroidered pieces cannot be returned unless faulty. Return postage is yours to cover unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong one. Refunds reach your original payment method within 5 to 7 working days of the parcel arriving back with us.
Sizes sell through quickly, so the fastest route is to return the original for a refund and reorder the size you want straight away. If you would rather we handled it as a direct exchange, email us and we will sort it where stock allows.
Email us as soon as possible with your order number. If the parcel has not yet been dispatched we can change the address, swap a size or cancel it outright. Once it is with the carrier it has to be returned instead.
Turn it inside out and machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with like colours. Do not bleach. Hang to dry rather than tumble drying, and if you iron, do it inside out and never directly over the embroidery.
Designs are made in small, limited runs. Once a colourway or size sells through it is usually gone for good, so we rarely restock. Join the drop alerts list to hear about new designs before they go public.
