Shipping & Returns

Orders are picked and packed from the UK within 1 to 2 working days, Monday to Friday. Orders placed at the weekend or on a bank holiday go out on the next working day. The exact delivery services and rates available to you are shown at checkout once you enter your address.

Delivery estimates start from the day your order is dispatched, not the day you place it. They are estimates rather than guarantees, and busy periods or carrier delays can add a little time.

Tracking. You will get a confirmation email when you order and a second email with tracking details as soon as your parcel leaves us.

Addresses. Please double-check your delivery address before paying. If it is wrong, email 08prathambarot@gmail.com straight away and we will correct it if the parcel has not yet been dispatched.

Duties and taxes. Orders outside the UK may attract import duties or local taxes on arrival. These are set by the destination country and are the recipient's responsibility.

Missing parcels. If tracking says delivered but nothing has arrived, check with neighbours and your building first, then contact us within 14 days and we will open an investigation with the carrier.

We want you to love what you ordered. If it is not right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery, and you have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags attached
• Personalised and custom-embroidered pieces cannot be returned unless faulty

• Return postage is yours to cover unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong one
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 working days of arriving back with us

Sizes sell through quickly, so the fastest way to swap is to return the original for a refund and order the size you want right away. If you would prefer us to handle it as a direct exchange, email 08prathambarot@gmail.com and we will sort it where stock allows.
