Who We Are
PRINOVA sells embroidered apparel and accessories online. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you browse or buy from us, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it. We are the data controller for the information described here, and we handle it in line with UK data protection law.
Information We Collect
We only collect what we need to run the shop:
- Order information — name, delivery and billing address, email address, phone number and the items you bought
- Payment information — handled entirely by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number
- Account information — your email address, password (stored encrypted) and saved addresses, if you create an account
- Device and usage information — pages viewed, referring site, browser and general location, collected through cookies and similar technologies
- Messages you send us — the content of enquiries, returns requests and reviews
How and Why We Use It
- To take payment, fulfil and deliver your order, and handle returns or refunds — necessary to perform our contract with you
- To send order confirmations, dispatch notices and service messages — necessary to perform our contract with you
- To screen orders for fraud and keep the site secure — our legitimate interest in protecting the business and our customers
- To understand how the site is used and improve it — with your consent, through analytics cookies
- To send marketing emails or show you relevant ads — only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time
- To keep accounting and tax records — to comply with our legal obligations
Who We Share It With
We share personal information only with the service providers we need to operate, and only what they need to do their job. That includes our payment provider, delivery carriers, our ecommerce and hosting platform, email delivery services and analytics or advertising providers where you have consented. We may also disclose information where the law requires it. We never sell your personal information.
International Transfers
Some of our providers process data outside the UK. Where that happens, we rely on safeguards recognised under UK data protection law, such as adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses, to keep your information protected to the same standard.
How Long We Keep It
Order and transaction records are kept for six years to meet UK accounting and tax requirements. Account details are kept while your account is open. Marketing consents are kept until you withdraw them, and analytics data is retained in aggregated form. Anything we no longer need is deleted or anonymised.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Have inaccurate information corrected
- Ask us to delete information we no longer need to keep
- Object to or ask us to restrict certain uses, including marketing
- Ask us to transfer your information to another provider
- Withdraw consent at any time, where we relied on consent
Email us at 08prathambarot@gmail.com and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Security
The site runs over an encrypted connection, payments are processed by a PCI-compliant provider, and access to customer data is limited to the people who need it. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information and will tell you and the regulator about any breach that affects your rights.
Children
Our store is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes and Contact
We may update this policy as our shop or the law changes, and the date at the top will always show the latest version. For any privacy question, email 08prathambarot@gmail.com.
